These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of toolsnet.work (the "Site"), operated by ToolsNet.Work ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

ToolsNet.Work is the brand website for a growing collection of privacy-focused tools. The Site provides information about us and links out to our individual tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

Each tool in our collection is provided on its own website and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. These Terms apply to the toolsnet.work brand site; when you follow a link to one of our tools, that tool's terms apply.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to facilitate such activity by others;
  • to infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • to interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems; or
  • to copy, resell, or commercially redistribute the Site itself as your own.

4. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that any information on it is complete or current.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToolsNet.Work and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, privacy, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including certain consumer-protection rights.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolsNet.Work and its representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and all related software, design, text, and branding (including the ToolsNet.Work name and logo, and the names and logos of our tools) are owned by ToolsNet.Work and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

8. Third-party links

The Site links to our own tools and may contain links to other third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and links do not imply endorsement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
